Special Discount Offer Terms
All special discounts offered through The Dining Channel (e.g., a 20% discount on Gift Cards) are subject to availability.
In the event the 20% discount becomes unavailable, you will be promptly notified before an article is sent to you at which time
you may cancel your purchase. A Special Discount Order may be filled with more than a single Gift Card depending upon The
Dining Channel's in stock inventory at the time of purchase. For example, if you order a $100.00 Gift Card, you may receive
two (2) $50.00 cards.
Limit on Value Coupons
There is a two (2) Value Coupon per customer limit, per month. This limitation does not in any way qualify the specific and general terms and conditions that appear on the face of the Value Coupons. Persons interested in bulk acquisition of Value Coupons should contact us.
Returns and Exchanges
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are not subject to returns for credit or refunds. All terms subject to local laws and regulations.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
The Dining Channel will not replace a gift card that is lost or stolen. Neither The Dining Channel nor the restaurant are
responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
In the event the customer has elected a form of shipment which is trackable, and a Gift Card order has not arrived at the
customer's shipping location within two weeks of the shipment date, the Dining Channel has the right to cancel and replace
such order, provided the customer submits to the Dining Channel a properly completed Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Gift Card
within 45 days of the shipment date. Upon receipt of such affidavit and no evidence that the Gift Card(s) has been used,
the Dining Channel will initiate a review process whereby upon a determination that the Gift Card had not been receievd,
the Gift Card may be replaced. The Dining Channel will not replace any lost or stolen certificates if the Affidavit of
Claimant/Lost Gift Card was not received within the 45-day period. To initiate the investigation, please call 1-800-565-0008.
Expiration
Each Gift Card may be subject to terms for expiration depending upon the restaurant. These terms are presented at the time of
purchase and should also be apparent from the face of the Gift Card. In many cases, the Gift Card specifies that where a Gift
Card is not used during a specific time period, usually 12 months, a maintenance or other fee may be deducted from the remaining
balance on the card on a regular basis. Accordingly, it is best to plan to use the Gift Card within a year of purchase.

The Dining Channel does not assume responsibility or liability for the actions, product, or content of any restaurant.
The Dining Channel does not assume responsibility for restaurants that go out of business or that change their location(s).
The Dining Channel does not assume responsibility for any restrictions or terms and conditions of any restaurant's gift card.

customer's financial institutions may cause delays or block shhipment. Customer will be notified in such case.
The Dining Channel will make every effort to accommodate a customer's request though there is no guarantee such requests will be honored.
In the event the customer does not want an order processed if the request cannot be honored, the customer should so provide.
